Neil Hadden, Group Chief Executive Neil Hadden entered the housing sector in 1978 and spent 27 years at the Housing Corporation, which was the industry regulator prior to TSA & HCA. He eventually rose to become the Assistant Chief Executive (Investment and Regeneration). He moved to Aldwyck Housing Association in 2005 and led the group through significant growth in his role as Chief Executive. He became Genesis' Chief Executive in October 2009. Neil is a member of the GenFinance, GenInvest and Genesis Community boards and is a co-opted member on the Genesis Board and Remuneration and HR Committee. |

Tom McGregor, Chief Operating Officer Having previously worked in the commercial sector and as a senior officer in other associations, Tom joined PCHA in 1989. He has undertaken a number of roles in the association principally in temporary housing and contracts management. He was made director of contracts and regeneration in September 1999. |

Jackie Bligh, Director of Governance and Compliance Jackie joins Genesis with a wealth of housing experience, notably as the Chief Executive at Merthyr Valleys Homes, where she oversaw their successful stock transfer. She also spent seven years on the Council of the National Housing Federation, including three years as Vice Chair. Having started her career as housing trainee, Jackie has worked in a variety of locations, gaining experience everywhere from the most rural communities to inner London. |

Allison Sofekun, Group Director of Corporate Services Before entering the UK public sector, Allison trained and qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG. She has extensive audit, consulting, strategic HR and other private sector experience, as well as over twelve years' experience across a range of housing disciplines. Allison gained an MBA at Cranfield University, School of Management, in 2004. |

John Carleton, Managing Director of Genesis Homes John has extensive experience in housing development and finance after a varied career in housing, banking and consultancy, including an earlier role as the Director of Investment and Regeneration for the Housing Corporation in the North of England. |

Olu Olanrewaju, Divisional Director (west region) Olu joined PCHA in June 2009. He has nearly 20 years experience in housing, working in senior positions with responsibility for major business functions which have included development, housing management and maintenance, across the UK. He has successfully led small, medium and large organisations at managing director level and has held several board appointments, including at East Thames Housing Group where he was Vice Chair. He has been an active member of the National Housing Federation, and spent a period there on its board. Olu is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and has an MBA from Kingston University. |

Feargal Ward, Divisional Director (east region) Feargal has over 20 years of experience in the housing sector and has held a number of prominent roles working with local authorities and RSLs. He has built up a wealth of knowledge and expertise and applied this to improve all aspects of service delivery for our customers. Feargal's most recent role involved heading up the delivery of estate management services at Pathmeads, overseeing a portfolio of some 16,000 units. He has also worked previously in the London Borough of Camden and as an Estate Director with Westminster City Council. |

Robert Kerse, Group Director of Finance Genesis is Robert’s third Finance Director role in the housing association sector having spent three years at each of Bristol Community Housing Foundation and the Arcadia Housing Group. He has also been a trustee and Chair of the resources committee of Brunelcare, a provider of affordable housing and care to older people. Robert trained as a chartered accountant within PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ public sector practice where he had a number of housing association, charity and local government clients. |
