His executive career included roles as chief executive of Thomson Travel Group plc, executive chairman TUI Northern Europe, director TUI AG and as director of passenger & cargo business at British Airways. In addition, he was a non-executive director at Whitbread plc and Merlin Entertainments. |

David Kleeman David was formerly a solicitor and is currently a director of several public and private companies. He has spent 17 years in social housing. He was on the Housing Corporation board for eight years, has chaired two different health authority boards and was deputy chairman of NHS Logistics and chair of its audit sub-committee for several years before retiring in September 2001. David is the chair of the group audit and risk committee. |

Imani Douglas-Walker Imani had experience as an event manager, before becoming a qualified personal development and career coach, coaching individuals to transform hidden abilities into realistic goals and outcomes. She is the founder of Raise the Bar – a community initiative that provides personal development and career coaching to facilitate social change through empowerment, rising aspirations, capacity and skills building techniques and creative coaching. |

Brian Ansell Brian has gained a wide range of voluntary experience from the early 1970’s including working with government department projects such as youth training schemes and organisations that were involved with the social inclusion of the Vietnamese boat people. He continues to be involved with local museum clubs, adult learning difficulties groups, Cambridge young archaeologists and the Society for disabled artists. Brian had a forty year career as a stonemason and sculptor restoring some of our world renowned medieval buildings including Lincoln cathedral and York minster’s great west door. |

Rolande is President of the Associates of Newnham College, Cambridge and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. She is Chair of the Remuneration and HR Committee and Diversity Committee. |

David Turner David is a Chartered Surveyor and current Chairman of WSP Group plc, a FTSE 350 company with global presence. He was former Chief Executive of a Barclays Bank subsidiary and has wide experience in board roles including in major PFI projects, restructuring of a long standing charitable foundation and chairing a corporate governance review group in City University in his role as Deputy Pro-Chancellor. He is a Governor in Sir John Cass’s Foundation and holds other nonexecutive appointments in the private sector. David is the current Chair of GenInvest Limited. |

Eugenie Turton Eugenie joined the Group Board in 2009. She works as a nonexecutive with Rockpools and a number of other organisations in the private and voluntary sectors. These include the Wates Group, the family owned construction company, the Dulwich Picture Gallery, Horniman Museum, the Edward Heath Charitable Foundation and the Wessex Archaeological Trust. She is also a lay member of the Chapter of Salisbury Cathedral. Until 2004 she was Director General in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister responsible for Housing and Planning. |
