Fair Train Work Experience Quality Standard Transparency Award 2013 ASB accredited Investors in People
Genesis has been awarded Gold by national body Fair Train in recognition of our framework for providing work experience, volunteering, training

and skills opportunities for residents and in our communities.

The Transparency Award is a partnership between Opportunity Now and the Government Equalities Office, which recognises leading best practice with regard to organisations who are taking an active role in evaluating gender equality in their workplaces, taking action and publicly reporting their progress. Genesis has been accredited for the work we do dealing with Anti-Social Behaviour.

Housemark praised staff for their commitment to resolve ASB issues and the support they give customers who are suffering ASB.

The accreditation lasts until May 2016.

We believe that our staff are our greatest asset. As a result of our investment in our staff we have been accredited with the Investors in People standard.
