The highly successful Genesis Way programme ended in 2014,

Genesis has always been about more than bricks and mortar. It is
absolutely clear that maintaining social housing will remain
crucial to what we do, however the sector and the provision of
homes will need to change in the years ahead. Reflecting this
understanding, our Corporate Strategy 2015-20, sets our high level
objectives for the next five years.
We own some 16,000 social/affordable rent homes; we have a large
care and support division providing homes and services to 3,500
very vulnerable people; and we are the largest provider of
temporary housing, working with local authorities to house homeless
households. Such activities remain at the very heart of who we are
and what we do.
