Genesis’ ambition to be a leading property based service
provider underpins our innovative approach to delivering new homes,
supporting new and existing neighbourhoods through development and
enabling physical and social regeneration.
We recognise that as an independent modern organisation we
should be less reliant on increasingly scarce government funding
and see how we can use the value within our existing portfolio to
meet our objectives. This includes adopting an increased focus on
providing intermediate and market based products, such as shared
ownership, market rent and outright sales.
We adhere closely to the principles of our design vision
throughout every stage of our development programme, so that we can
put customers at the centre of what we do, adapt to changing needs
and enhance communities.

the heart of the Olympic Village. Stratford Halo was at the centre
of a groundbreaking investment initiative with M&G Investments
in 2011. Former Housing Minister Kris Hopkins visited in 2014
and hailed the development as "a shining example of what we want to
achieve in the private rented sector."
||This central Chelmsford development on the former Anglia Ruskin
University site will deliver over 600 mixed tenure homes and
commercial space upon completion. It will also be sensitively
refurbishing three historical buildings on site.
||This is one of the largest housing-led regeneration schemes in
the UK, which will deliver around 3,000 new homes by 2028. George
Osborne recently visited the site to meet with residents and
||Genesis is a key partner in the regeneration of this Hackney
estate, working alongside Berkeley Homes, Hackney Council,
Woodberry Down Community Organisation and existing residents. The
project, which celebrated five years since starting on site in
2014, will build 5,600 new homes by 2035.
