In August 2016, Genesis launched the MyGenesis app to make it easier to manage your relationship with us at a time which suits you. We live in a digital age and we're proud to be providing our customers with fast, easy access to your information and the ability to choose when you contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Through the app you can do a range of frequent tasks that you once would have needed to call our contact centre to do. You can use the app to:
