Attending residents  meetings and presenting on the work of Genesis Community.

Coordinating information stalls at community events and handing out information on the services that Genesis Community provides.

Talking to residents on a one-to-one either face-to-face or over the telephone.

Supporting Genesis Community Team members at training events for other departments.
