Estate inspections volunteer

• Five hours per week including travel time

This is an excellent opportunity to gain new skills as a resident inspector working alongside a housing team at Genesis.

You will volunteer alongside property managers and assess the quality of services we deliver. This will include regular estate inspections to view the standard of communal services and to make sure that our housing estates are maintained to a high standard.

• Checking a sample of ready-to-let properties to ensure that they are of the required quality to enable a new tenant to move into
• Learning about subjects that affect Genesis residents, such as equal opportunities, anti-social behaviour and resident involvement
