Do you want to learn new skills as a volunteer supporting residents who are looking for work and training?

You will volunteer alongside the Genesis opportunities plus team and will provide residents with ongoing support and advice over the telephone. Genesis staff will provide the ongoing support programme for you to follow up on.

• Supporting residents over the telephone
• Meeting Genesis staff to review residents’ current actions to see if there is anything outstanding
• Making entries on the resident action spreadsheet and supporting with general administration duties
• Assisting Genesis Community staff with events, outreach and work clubs
