Compliments, comments and complaints

At Genesis, we have over 100,000 residents living in our properties at any one given time. We also provide care and support services for vulnerable residents and a repairs and maintenance service. Through our regeneration and charitable activities, we are working with people, partners, charities and in communities across London and the South East to improve the lives of our residents and their local areas.

We're committed to providing a first rate service that is value for money for all of our stakeholders - but we need your help to know if we're getting it right.

All feedback is valuable and we would like to hear from you, whether you are happy with the service you have received from us, or if you think there are improvements we need to make.
