in touch and take control of your relationship with us, our
brand new Customer App for smartphones and tablets.
MyGenesis will allow you to make payments, change contact
details, view your statements and raise a repair… wherever you are
and whenever you like.

You’ll need a few details to register and then
you’ll be away! Here’s what you need:
- Your Genesis Payment Reference Number
- Your Surname
- Your Date of Birth
- Your Postcode.
Once your details have been verified, you’ll be asked to set up
a four-digit passcode, which you will use to login to your App each
time. To ensure security of your information, please don’t tell
anyone your passcode.
