Report anti-social behaviour
The Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003 defines anti-social behaviour as conduct that is "capable of causing nuisance or annoyance to any person".
It can take many forms - it might be someone who sprays graffiti on a wall, or a group of people making too much noise in the street or around your estate. It can take very serious forms too, from racial harassment to threats of violence.
