- in our experience, we usually lower the service charges by 10% and increase the service standards

Grainger GenInvest is a joint venture company comprising Genesis and Grainger plc, one of the largest residential property owners.
Assettrust Housing Ltd is a private housing company investing in affordable housing in England and Wales. We manage approximately 500 mixed tenure units on their behalf.
Our approach is to provide a service focused on our customers' needs that delivers innovation, service excellence, value for money and continuous improvement.
Our service delivery of housing management, repairs and maintenance, and estate services, are all provided in-house and managed for our client through a single point of contact
