Empty property refurbishment services
Genesis works with several local authorities across London and the south east to bring empty properties back into use.
Grants are offered by the local authority to owners to provide refurbish and convert long-term empty properties.
We provide advice and assistance throughout the refurbishment process and can offer:
- architect services
- planning application service
- building regulations guidance
- liaison with utility companies
- all necessary building works
- property lettings
- property management
We are currently operating three empty property refurbishment schemes:
- PLACE scheme - in Chelmsford, Harlow, East Hertfordshire, Epping Forest, Uttlesford, Watford and Hertsmere.
- Thames Gateway South East PLACE scheme - in Basildon, Southend, Rochford, Castlepoint and Thurrock.
- North London Sub Region scheme - in Barnet, Camden, Haringey and Islington.
