Get the best out of your energy supplier

Energy bills have increased significantly over the past few years, impacting on household finances that are already being stretched.

Genesis Community in conjunction with Citizens Advice and Ofgem are providing awareness raising workshops to both residents and partner organisations to try and mitigate the impact.

The workshops will be held on the following dates:

Savoy Court Community Hall, North Harrow, February 1 at 11.00am

Carlton Vale Community Centre, February 7 at 1.30pm

Graham Park, The Concourse, February 13 at 11.00am

Hartspring Community Centre on the 16th February at 1.30pm

Graham Park, The Concourse, February 20 at 1.30pm

Kilburn, March 25 at 1.30pm

Woodberry Down, March 20 at 1.30pm

The sessions will last for approximately 75 minutes and will cover:

·         How to switch supplier

·         What you can and can’t do

·         Fuel rights

·         Priority Service Register

·         Fuel Charities
