A CGI image of OaklandsWe have partnered with Queens Park Rangers Football Club (QPR) to build 605 new homes at Oaklands, the first major scheme to come forward in the Old Oak regeneration area. Oaklands sits within the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.

We are delivering 605 new homes, 40 per cent will be affordable. Of these affordable homes, half will be for social and affordable rent, with the other half being for shared ownership.

The overall regeneration of Old Oak and Park Royal will provide hundreds of new jobs and a link road into Old Oak, opening up the wider area to regeneration. Ultimately, 25,500 new homes and 65,000 new jobs are expected to be provided at Old Oak and Park Royal over the next 30-40 years – as well as being the key transport interchange for Crossrail and HS2. Construction started in Autumn 2017.

We are working closely with Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) to develop the scheme. To sign up to the newsletter and follow the development, visit the Oaklands regen website.
