available to assist with housing management queries related to a
wide range of issues including your tenancy, parking, reporting
anti-social behaviour and estate services.
Genesis residents can contact the team via a Freephone service
available at reception. The Freephone allows you to speak to (or
see) a member of staff depending on the nature of the query.
The onsite team is also available to help you to report a repair
or lodge a formal complaint should you need assistance, but as
these must be logged with the contact centre or central support
teams to ensure the appropriate action is taken, involving the
on-site team may delay resolution of the issue. The target response
time will also start from when the relevant team, for example the
contact centre in relation to a repair, logs the information.
Our onsite office hours are Monday to Friday
