Development phases

With such a large scale, long term development the regeneration is being delivered in phases. We ensure residents are involved in the regeneration process, from working with us to develop building designs through to choosing their new home and helping us identify which social regeneration projects are a priority for their community.

Already almost 120 properties have been completed, as well as a fantastic new community centre, a state of the art academy and a new landscaped park next to the reservoir. The image gallery on the right shows new homes taking shape.

More homes are due for completion in Spring 2012 with our shared ownership homes being completed in Summer 2013.
