Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender residents’ forum

Rainbow flagOur lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender residents’ forum is open to all LGBT Genesis residents. Its purpose is to influence improvements in services, with a specific interest in matters that are specific to LGBT residents. Meetings take place every two months. 

The main concern raised so far is how we can ensure that management of homophobic anti-social behavior is more reliable. We have already introduced some improvements, for example the good neighbour agreement in tenancy agreements, but we want residents to help us improve.
