Resident scrutiny panel and regional committees
Regional committees
We have five regional committees which scrutinise the quality of services we provide to residents.
Each committee is made up of eight residents (of any tenure) and four other people with relevant expertise or experience. Regional committee members have to:
- attend four quarterly meetings per year
- scrutinise performance reports
- show a positive contribution to improving services over time
We welcome applications from anyone who is interested and consider all outstanding applications once a vacancy becomes available. If you show ability and enthusiasm to meet the commitments and to abide by the code of conduct, a short interview will be arranged and a decision made shortly after.
To find out more or apply, contact us at mygenesis@genesisha.org.uk or 020 8451 8012.

Resident scrutiny panel
Our resident scrutiny panel engages with the Genesis Board and executive team in a structured way, to review service performance and inform the development of annual and strategic plans. Resident scrutiny panel members are elected members of the regional committees, who represent the views of the regional committee to the Board and executive team.
