Each year we assess our performance and quality against national standards set by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA).
This year we commissioned an independent specialist to make an objective assessment of where we stand against five standards:
- tenant involvement and empowerment
- home
- tenancy
- neighbourhood and community
- value for money.
