Paying your rent and service charge
There are a number of easy ways for you to pay your rent and service charges. These include:
- by telephone via allpay.net on 0844 557 8321
- by phoning an Genesis income services officer and making an over the phone debit card payment on 0208 451 8000
- using your Genesis rent payment swipe card at any post office or any shop displaying the 'PayPoint' or 'PAYzone' signs
- by direct debit; please contact your income services officer to set up payments on 0208 451 8000
- online at www.allpay.net by debit card
- by cheque made payable to Genesis Housing Association with your payment reference number and address on the back
