Oaklands – Old Oak Common
605 homes - 242 (40%) affordable. This will be a combination of social rent housing, affordable rent and shared ownership.

Grahame Park - Colindale
Grahame Park is one of the largest self-funding regeneration projects in Europe and once complete it will see the construction of over 3,000 new homes, retail, private gardens, open space, community and health facilities, new parks, and a civic hub. Plots in Stage A are complete, and we are about to start Stage B which will deliver over 1,000 new homes.
City Park West – Chelmsford
426 homes in Chelmsford - 109 shared ownership and 317 market rent homes, with 952sqm of commercial space, due to complete in September 2018.
Arrowhead Quay – Tower Hamlets
138 homes - 90 affordable rent, 26 shared ownership, 22 intermediate rent, due to complete in June 2020.
Brent House – Brent
248 homes - 45 affordable rent, 149 shared ownership and 54 private sale homes, alongside over 6,000 square feet of retail space and public realm, due to complete in January 2019.
Located on Wembley High Road, the former Town Hall offices provide a 1.9 acre site that was acquired by Henley Homes in late 2014. Part of the wider regeneration of the area, the existing 1960s office building will be replaced by two seven to ten storey brickwork-clad blocks, designed by Davy Smith Architects.
24 homes - 14 affordable rent and ten shared ownership homes. A collection of one and two bedroom homes located in Arkley, in High Barnet – just 1.2 miles from the Underground Station with the A1 and M1 close by.
Millbrook – Barnet
14 homes - ten affordable rent, four shared ownership: 12 have completed with two due to complete in January 2018. The development covers a total of 83 acres of the former Inglis Army Barracks. Located on the edge of Mill Hill’s conservation area, the houses and apartments at Millbrook Park are in a tranquil location that offers residents fabulous views across North London.
Millharbour Plaza – Tower Hamlets
253 homes - 176 affordable rent, 77 shared ownership, due to complete in July 2019. Working alongside Galliard Homes as the affordable housing provision at their Harbour Central development at 2 Millharbour Dock Basin.
Genesis is developing two buildings which are expected to complete in summer 2019. The properties will be a mix of one and two bed apartments as well as three and four bedroom family homes. 176 of the homes will be available for affordable rent and 77 will be available for shared ownership.
Principle Place – Hackney
56 homes - 17 affordable rent, 12 shared ownership, 27 intermediate rent, due to complete in July 2019.
Shakespeare Road – Ealing
22 shared ownership homes due to complete in October 2018. Following the recent success of our neighbouring Madeley Road development on Hanger Lane, Shakespeare Road is the next available shared ownership development in Ealing, W5. 22 high quality residential homes in-keeping with the local Victorian-style architecture.
Thomas Road – Tower Hamlets
Six affordable rent homes due to complete in May 2018.
We are currently converting 7000sqft of vacant commercial space at 52 Thomas Road & 3 Bow Church Lane into affordable homes. The commercial space was part of the Thomas Road project which completed in 2010. Genesis secured planning in 2013 to convert the space to residential.
Richmond House, Victoria Avenue – Southend-on-Sea
52 shared ownership homes due to complete in January 2018.
Richmond House will offer a collection of brand new one and two bedroom apartments available to buy with Shared Ownership.
Woodberry Down - Hackney
Ten shared ownership homes in Hackney due to complete October 2018 on this large regeneration site.
