Keeping our records up-to-date

Following the changes to the data protection laws and regulations, at NHG, we are working hard to ensure our records are up-to-date.

In the next few weeks, we will be contacting certain residents via email, who we believe may have out-of-date data, to collect this information – the email will be sent from ‘NHG Data Quality' (

The data collected will be used in line with our privacy policy to improve our services. For example, to identify you when you log in on our mobile app or to communicate effectively with you in emergency cases. As such, it is vital you provide us with this information to help us deliver the best service to you.
