Closure of Atelier House

Published - 9 September 2019

From 20 September 2019, staff from Notting Hill Genesis will no longer be based at Atelier House and will instead move to our other offices.
Atelier House was the head office of the former Genesis Housing Association. Following the merger, it is the only office that Notting Hill Genesis rented rather than owned, and it therefore made sense financially to close this office.

Staff who were based at Atelier House include some (but not all) members of the Care & Support, Temporary Housing, and Income and Service Charges teams.

Another housing association, One Housing, has subsequently agreed to take over the Atelier House lease.

Where are Notting Hill Genesis’s offices?
We have offices in Kings Cross, Hammersmith, Stratford, Willesden and Vauxhall. The addresses for these are on our website

How will this affect me?
We don’t anticipate that this will have an impact on residents and you should continue to contact us as you always have.

What if I need to see someone?
Should you wish to meet with a member of staff, please make an appointment and you will be told which office to go to. Many of our staff, particularly Housing officers, spend a lot of time away from the office visiting residents and local communities, which is why we strongly advise that you make an appointment if you wish to speak to someone face-to-face.

What if I need to write to you?
All post addressed to us at Atelier House will be redirected for one year.

Are your other offices accessible to those with mobility problems?
Yes, all of our offices are fully accessible.

Should you have any concerns, please feel free to get in touch with your housing officer or property management officer.
